By Air:
Albany is the closest airport and is a 30 minute drive to Saratoga. Albany is serviced by Continental, America, Delta, Northwest, Southwest, United and USAirways. The airport code is ALB.
Ground Transportation from Albany Airport:
The Association has contracted with Empress Travel to provide transfers from Albany Airport to Saratoga Springs. The cost is $26 one way and will deliver guests to all of the three hotels we are using for the conference. Empress Travel will place guests on shuttles at predetermined times. If flights are delayed, then guests will take the next available shuttle. There will be an Empress representative at the airport on the main arrival days, and a cell phone number provided with your confirmation should you want to communicate your flight delays or changes on your travel day. If your flight is delayed beyond the last scheduled shuttle for the day, taxis are available at the airport. Reservations are non-refundable once made. For reservations, please call 800-653-0231 for reservations or email Ed Plog at eplog@travelempress.com. Please have the following information ready: Name, travel dates, airline, flight number, arrival and departure times, credit card number, credit card billing address, email address, cell phone number to be used on travel days, in which hotel they will be staying.
